- Non-Residents must have an Ann Arbor Resident sign for your program and fill out necessary paperwork.
- Producer (or Resident Sponsor) must have current Residency Verification Card on file.
- Programming can be submitted during regular business hours or in our after hours drop box.
- Form: Producer (or Resident Sponsor) must complete an Application for Presentation form for each program.
- Format: DVD
- DVD Labeling: Program title, Run Time, Producer's name, address and phone
