Full Membership for Individuals Overview
To get started with CMNtv, you must become a member. Full Membership grants individuals the most privileges.

- You must have an active Full Membership to register for CMNtv training, use CMNtv resources and playback programming on CMNtv.
- If you have completed a program outside of CMNtv, made without using CMNtv resources, that you wish to playback on CMNtv, you must have an active Full Membership.
(Note: this membership is intended for individuals.
Organizations who wish to use CMNtv resources should use our DIY Memberships for NPOs.)
What Does a Full Membership Include?
Orientation & Training
- Allows you to register for CMNtv Orientation
- Allows you to register for CMNtv Training (prices based on residency)
Program Playback
- Allows you to submit Programming for Playback on CMNtv
Use of Equipment & Facilities
- Use of CMNtv equipment and facilities for production of Public Access Programming (after completing training; prices & privileges based on residency)
Media Board Announcements
- Allows you to submit Announcements to the CMNtv Media Board
Additionally...
- Subscribes you to the CMNtv Email Newsletter
- Allows you to purchase items from the CMNtv Online Store
Duration & Renewal
- Full Membership renews annually on your date of registration

Pricing & Fees
- Membership pricing and fees are determined by Residency.
Eligibility
- You must be 15 years or older (under 18 requires signature of parent/guardian)
- Residency is verified via Driver's License or State-Issued Photo ID
- Resident Full Membership is open to residents of
a current funding city:
Auburn Hills, Berkley, Oakland Twp, Royal Oak, Rochester, Troy
- Non-Resident Full Membership open
to residents of all other cities
How to Register
- You may register membership and pay online below,
in person at CMNtv or over the phone. - Residency will be verified by CMNtv Staff via your Driver's License or State-Issued Photo ID upon your first visit (staff will contact you confirming your residency/ID if you did not register in person).
