NEWS: Art & Apples 2011

The 46th annual Art & Apples Festival took place in Rochester Municipal Park during the second weekend in September. An estimated 200,000 visitors enjoyed artwork from over 290 artists. The festival is the main fundraiser for the Paint Creek Center for the Arts, located in downtown Rochester. Visit www.pccart.org for more information about the center.

On July 16 & 17th More than 200 vendors set up shop for the 36th Annual Royal Oak Antique & Garage Sale. Everything from clothing and furniture to knick-knacks and toys were sold. An estimated 15,000 shoppers visited the two-day event that benefits the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce.
