The festival is a program of Paint Creek Center for the Arts, a regional, nonprofit art center located in downtown Rochester. The event included nearly 300 artists and took place in Rochester Municipal Park, September 8-10, 2017. This is the 52nd year and featured a mural honoring the City of Rochester’s 200th birthday.
